Thank you for your enquiry for a ‘Ready to Fly’ factory built EV-97 Eurostar SL Microlight. LSA is a
CAA A8-1 Approved manufacturer. We are also approved by the BMAA and the LAA. Evektor have full
EASA approval.
To assist us in preparing, registering and permitting your aircraft we would be grateful if you could fill in
this form and post or email it back to us at [email protected], Thank you.
The Aircraft: EV-97 Eurostar SL Microlight Ready to Fly
Cost: £
plus Vat and any Options.

The deposit required with the order is £16,500.00 plus vat (we pay this to Evektor who will then
start the build)

Before delivery to the UK from Evektor there is a further payment of £19,000.00. On arrival at
Wycombe we complete the build after a full inspection of the aircraft parts.

Prior to installing the Rotax engine (approx. 3-4 weeks after delivery to us) there is a further
payment required of £15,000.00. We will cover the insurance for the aircraft during our work at
Wycombe, however this is only up to the installation of the engine, from this point you will need
to arrange cover for ground risks and fire. This will need to be upgraded to full flying risks before
the flight test.

The final Balance is due on completion, when we notify the CAA registrations department.

The aircraft is ready for collection after receiving the permit to fly, which can then be flown out of
Wycombe, this will normally be about one to two weeks after the test flight. Alternatively delivery
can be arranged to your location. This may incur some travel expenses for the ferry pilot.
Please contact us if you have any questions, or call in to see us at Wycombe anytime during the build
process.

as liquidated damages for default and this Agreement shall end. If Purchaser fails to
timely pay any deposit or the final payment, Seller may assess Purchaser claim

first. After such time Seller shall not be responsible for any damage to or destruction of the
Aircraft and no such occurrence shall relieve Purchaser of any of its obligations hereunder.
Risk of loss shall pass from Seller to Purchaser upon receipt of the Bill of Sale by
Purchaser.
3. Seller shall not be liable to Purchaser for any delay in making delivery for any cause
whatsoever; provided, however, if Seller should fail to make delivery within sixty (60)
days after the last day of Scheduled Delivery Date and such failure is not due to fire, flood,
strikes, or other industrial disturbances, accident, war, riot, insurrection, delay in vendor
deliveries, or other causes beyond the control of Seller, or if for any reason Seller should
fail to make delivery within one hundred (100) days after the last day of the Scheduled
Delivery Date, Purchaser shall have the right to demand return of all deposits plus interest,
unless Purchaser agrees to a later Scheduled Delivery Date. If Purchaser makes such a
demand, interest on returned deposits shall be computed from the date of receipt of the
respective deposits by Seller to the date Seller forwards the refund to Purchaser at the
Bank of England published interest rate on the first day of the month in which it is
determined that a refund with interest will be made. Upon return of deposits plus interest,
Purchaser agrees that its sole remedy for any failure of Seller to perform any part of this

purchase and sale and is exclusive of any other express, implied, verbal, or written
representations, omissions, or agreements, and is binding on Purchaser and Seller,
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns. Purchaser acknowledged
receipt of a written copy of this Agreement which may not be modified in any way
except by written agreement executed by authorized representatives of all parties.
6. This Agreement, including the rights of Purchaser hereunder, may not be assigned by
Purchaser except to a wholly-owned subsidiary or successor in interest by name change or
otherwise or to a financial institution for the purpose of providing financing or leasing to
Purchaser.
7. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is or shall become invalid, illegal or
unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, then the parties hereby agree to waive to
the extent permitted by law any requirements that would operate to make effective such
invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision. All of the remaining provisions of this
Agreement would thence remain fully valid and enforceable.

upon prior written agreement by Seller.

governed by and construed in connection with substantive laws of England and Wales. In

including, but not limited to, issues regarding the interpretation or enforcement of this
Agreement, the Seller and Purchaser shall first make a good-faith effort to resolve the
dispute in an amicable manner. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve their
dispute in such manner, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. .

RESPECT TO ANY AIRCRAFT, PART, COMPONENT OR SERVICE, AND NO OTHER OR FURTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY SHALL BE INCURRED BY SELLER BY
REASON OF THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, LEASE OR USE OF ANY AIRCRAFT, PART, COMPONENT OR SERVICE, WHETHER ON GROUNDS OF BREACH OF
WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. In the event that the provisions relieving Seller of liability for any reason are held ineffective, the remainder
of this paragraph shall remain in full force and effect. THE OBLIGATION OF SELLER SET FORTH IN SECTION 7, ABOVE, SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY
BREACH OF WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY GENERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATING TO PROPERTY
DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC LOSS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF PROFITS. If for any reason a court of competent
