The minimum number of participants refers to the financial offer: it is the number of participants that the budget
should cover, also in case of a higher number of registrations. In case of a lower number of registrations,
reimbursement will be done in accordance to 30/2006/GB. The organising country will then be asked to provide
CEPOL will an overview of the responses by the Member States to the invitation.

The maximum costs are the maximum amount that will be subject to the grant. No higher amount will be
reimbursed, not even if the number of participants is higher than the minimum number.

Note: If applying for a set of activities please use sections 2.1-2.4 for each of the activity of the
set, by inserting these sections as many times as required. In case of multi-step activities it is
not necessary to repeat points 2.1.1. and 2.1.2 under each multi-step activity, if information
provided for the first step is relevant and applicable for the other steps.
Note: In case of activities 10/2016, 11/2016, 33/2016, where the course content is developed and
delivered by Europol in close cooperation with CEPOL and in case of 59/2016, where the
course content had been developed by CEPOL expert groups sections of the Application
Form: 2.1.3-2.1.5; 2.2; 2.3.1-2.3.3; 2.3.6; 2.4 shall not be completed. Maximum number of points
will be automatically allocated for these sections.
Note: In case of activities 57/2016, 68/2016, 69/2016, where the course curriculum is developed
by CEPOL expert groups, this curriculum shall be followed when developing the content by
the applicant. For these activities the content will be evaluated and it is required that the
applicant offers the content in line with these course curricula.
