The 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge media accreditation application needs to be completed and returned by
no later than December 13, 2013 so that accreditations will be available upon registration. Returning the application
later than that date, or providing it on arrival, may result in a delay in the accreditation being issued.

Please note: No camera operators, photographers or technical staff will be allowed entrance to the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey
Challenge unless their news organization has completed the waiver form (next page) in addition to the media accreditation form.

There will be a limited number of media spaces with access to phone lines and power. Please indicate your
requirements below, there may be a cost to accessing internet or phone lines at various venues. Wireless connectivity,
PC workstation access and other media facilities will be available at all venues.

The 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge photographer/camera operator waiver form needs to be completed in
conjunction with the accreditation form and returned by no later than December 13, 2013 so that accreditations will be
available on registration. Returning the application later than that date, or providing it on arrival, may result in a delay

Please note that if you do not want to incur the cost of sending a photographer, Hockey Canada will have an
official photographer covering this event. The Hockey Canada photographer will be the only photographer
shooting with strobes and will be the only photographer granted prime locations (player benches, penalty box,
etc.). Photos can be made available to you upon request.

Please note that photographers will not be allowed to shoot still or moving photos during the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge without a
proper pass. Also please note that Hockey Canada has official photographers who will be granted the prime shooting locations. These photographers
are the only photographers that have rights to sell images from the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge. Any other photographers found to be
selling images will be asked to turn in their accreditation immediately. If you have any questions on site Hockey Canada staff will be able to assist you.
