The Human Resources Branch of the Department of Education and Training and Employment (DETE) is collecting your personal information in order to comply with DETE’s
obligations under Chapter 2 of the Public Service Act 2008 (QLD), ‘Equality of Employment Opportunity’ (EEO). Information collected will only be assessed and accessed by
appropriately authorised Human Resource officers.
Information you provide in the EEO Census will be used for collating statistics for DETE’s EEO purposes. Statistical information in aggregate form and which does not
identify you individually may be provided to other Queensland Government agencies and used in printed and electronic reports for the purposes of complying with
mandatory EEO reporting requirements, and/or the monitoring and evaluation of EEO policy implementation.
Your information will not be disclosed to any other agency or person unless we have your consent or the department is authorised or required by law to make the disclosure.
